Select a Product

Choose the product you wish to purchase from the product box on the left hand side. On that page, underneath the pricing information, is a tool with which you can obtain a quotation or place an order (you can also use the tool in the right hand column on every page). Select whether you wish to purchase a new licence, add users to an existing one, or renew the software maintenance. Choose how many users to add/renew and any other relevant options for the product in question. Clicking the "Add to Cart" button will add the items in question to your cart and give you a total price.

To place an order, click the checkout link on the shopping cart page (also present in the upper-right of every page. Our Secure Order System now asks you to sign in. If you are a previous customer just enter your email address and password. If you are a new customer click on Continue in the New Customer Pane.

Create Account

You now need to create your account. You will need to complete basic contact details and create a password. Choose a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess, a combination of letters and numbers creates the securest passwords. If in the future you forget your password we will be able to email it to the address you provided. Fields marked with a red star must be completed. Once completed hit the Continue button.

Congratulations! Now your account has been created. A welcome email has been sent to the provided email address. If you have not received it within the hour, please contact us. Hit continue to proceed to the Delivery Information.

Delivery Information

Kerio products are delivered virtually. You download the trial version from the Kerio website, and activate it with the code that you purchase from ourselves. You will need to fill in an address during the order process, which we will use to provide you with a hardcopy of your VAT receipt.

Payment Information

If you need to change the billing address for the order you can do this by clicking on the Change Address button. Please note that the billing address needs to be the billing address for your chosen payment method. Please now enter the relevant information for your chosen payment method. Click on Continue to proceed to the Order Confirmation.

Order Confirmation

You are now given an opportunity to check the details of your order and change them if necessary. Once the details have been reviewed click the Confirm Order button to confirm the order. Your order has now been successfully submitted! You will receive an email confirming this at the email address you provided. You will receive a further confirmation email once your order has been processed, and then a subsequent one containing the licence codes you have purchased. This will occur during normal business hours.
